The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How Are Giclee Paper Prints Packed?
Giclee Paper Prints are printed on museum quality Hahnemuhle Photo Rag, with archival professional Epson ink. Your print will arrive flat or rolled in a tube, and will have a 1" border for fitting to mattes and standard frames. Choose from the available sizes in the drop down menu above the "add to cart" button.
How Are Giclee Canvas Prints Packed?
Giclee Canvas Prints are printed with archival professional Epson ink on high quality gallery wrapped canvas and comes stretched on wooden stretcher bars, ready to hang. The sides will be black unless you specify in the notes at purchase that you would like the image wrapped around the sides. Choose from the available sizes in the drop down menu above the "add to cart" button.
Please Note: The canvas paintings are framed for mockup only. The canvas will arrive without a black or white frame around the canvas.
Packing & Shipping
1) Each painting is inspected.
2) Each painting is professionally packed.
- All Original Paintings are shipped with UPS within 3-5 business days after payment is received. (Due to COVID)
- Paper Prints ship in 1-3 days. Canvas Prints have a 4-5 day creation time and ship in 4-5 days.
